This month we are please to have April Storie as our speaker. April is the owner of April Creates Solutions. The topic of her speech is: Being productive with your time. You will learn your time management preferences, weekly review, and planning for the unexpected. April Storie’s business of Professional Organizing is called April Creates Solutions because she is hired to solve problems. Each environment is unique to the people who live there so there are endless possibilities on why an area of the home has become cluttered with too much stuff. People hire April for a variety of reasons, to include decluttering the home office and it’s paperwork, emptying out a guest room that has become a catch-all space, sort and organize craft supplies, get garages cleared out so the car can be parked in there, and to create efficient pantry and kitchen areas. April helps people see what they have, discover a place to keep it, and a system for putting things away. April’s training, experience and skill includes working with people who are chronically disorganized, are in a hoarding environment, have ADHD, Autism, Anxiety, are Elderly. She has extensive training in Time Management and Productivity. April is an active member of the Institute for Challenging Disorganization and the National Association of Productivity and Organizing Professionals. She is a problem solver who loves a good challenge. She is also educated in Early Childhood Education and is an Army Veteran.
